Is the core game really free?
Yes — quests, timers, rooms, achievements, and household play for up to 6 are free forever. Premium ($4.99/month or $29.99/year) adds home decor, AI cleaning plans, and detailed insights.
I lost my progress / the app reset. What do I do?
Email us at support@smatdesigns.com with your device model and app version (find it in the support tab). Progress is stored on your device, and we'll help you recover it.
How do I cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Clean Quest. Cancel anytime — the core game never changes.
How do I report a bug?
In the app: Support tab > Report a bug. It attaches your device diagnostics automatically. Or email support@smatdesigns.com with what happened and what you expected.
